Had to call on Broadway Guitar Services just after Christmas 2023 following an accident during a Christmas show. Head snapped clean off my Ibanez acoustic guitar. Tim very quickly responded and assessed the damage from photographs and offered reassurance that repair was possible. Guitar (in bits!) was delivered and Tim gave an expected return time. Updates including photo’s were frequent and everything went to plan. The guitar is back in full working order I am very pleased with the standard of work which also comes with a guarantee. In summary great repair. Thank you Tim .. I hope I never need you to repair anything again but if I do you will be my first port of call. Highly recommended.

Absolutely fantastic service. Took my daughter’s Martin guitar to Tim in between gigs and recording sessions and he repaired the intonation problem at the drop of a hat. Took my two Stingrays to Broadway for replacement output jacks as they had both developed the usual scratchy sounding issues. Both were replaced quickly and are now solid! Tim carried out a full check of the basses at no cost and identified a faulty previous repair job to the battery compartment, which I chose to replace, saving me another fault further down the line! Tim also adjusted the neck relief on one bass for free, and it now plays so much better.
1st class service! The guitar needed considerable attention that was all taken care of in a timely fashion and very reasonable too. Highly recommended, I would definitely use again.
